Lana Karlay, the Melbourne, Australia-based pop-rock artist, is back, and she has delivered a new emotionally charged tune titled “For The Weak”. She does not hang about in this song, with her vocals coming in almost instantly, backed with a tempo-perfect drumbeat and warm, sun-kissed guitars.

… anemotionally charged, summer-ready pop-rock anthem built on urgency, warmth, and instant impact.

Leading up to the chorus, you can hear a guitar tone start wallowing away in the background, ticking along before it eventually bursts into that aforementioned chorus. Once it comes, it sounds like the type of song that can soundtrack your summer.

This is a big reason why this is not the first time we’ve had her on the website, because every time she releases a track, we are head over heels for it.

The track is all about the confusion whilst you’re in a situation that’s filled with mixed signals and overthinking. If you’re in one of those, stick this on, relate, and just enjoy yourself for these three minutes. With every release, she’s gaining lots of new fans, and I feel that this could be one of the songs that is going to stick around with her for her entire career. It’s got so much potential, it’s unbelievable.
