Litiges! announce their debut single with “You’re Freakin’ Me Out”, a brooding yet electrifying slice of alternative rock.

… asharp, post-punk revival debut that crackles with attitude, nostalgia, and addictive energy.

Litiges! unveil their debut anthem, Youre freakin me out

Based out of Strasbourg, France, the outfit has created a sound that recalls the early post-punk revival of the 2000s. Think along the lines of “The Strokes” and “Franz Ferdinand”; it genuinely feels like it belongs in that era.

It does not even sound like the band is from a non-English-speaking country, as the track feels so cohesive and at home within both the American and British music scenes. It is seriously addictive. I loved the moody vocals, chunky guitars, brooding bass, and tempo-perfect drums driving everything forward.

For a debut release, this is nothing short of sensational, and it feels like this band could go on to do big things. If this is their first song, the next few could be just as strong, if not even better.
