Wotts delivers a hazy, melodic closer with “ALOHA!”, a dreamy indie pop cut emerging from Ottawa, Canada. The act known as Wotts was originally a duo and has now become a solo project, which feels a touch more intimate than before, but is still very much welcome.

… adreamy, psychedelic indie closer that balances intimacy and groove with effortless replay value.

Wotts delivers a hazy new track, ALOHA

It is a soft, psychedelically leaning indie pop track that has all the hallmarks of something that could go viral, with soothing backing vocals, an infectious beat, and a very “Tame Impala”-inspired bridge after the chorus, which certainly stands out.

The single offers listeners a strong insight into what Wotts is all about, with sweeping tones, dreamy melodies, and undeniable replay value.

Formerly a duo, this first solo release feels both intimate and expansive, blending shimmering guitars with psychedelic textures reminiscent of “Tame Impala” and “Pond”. The track drifts between mellow dream pop atmospheres and subtle indie rock momentum, anchored by warm, expressive vocals. As the final piece of the COPE EP, it carries a reflective tone without losing its catchy core. Wotts proves a natural evolution into solo artistry, crafting something immersive, understated, and quietly captivating.
